Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can. Here’s what that means today.

What we collect now

• Age check: you enter your date of birth to pass the 21+ check. We use it once to check your age and do not store it. We then set a cookie that only records whether you passed, for 30 days. If you are under 21, a short-lived cookie (24 hours) remembers that too.
• Basic technical logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

We do not currently have accounts, sign-up forms, analytics trackers, or advertising cookies.

Later

When features like watches, alerts, or Concierge launch, we may ask for things like an email address and notification preferences. We’ll update this policy before then and explain exactly what’s collected and why.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your personal information.
• We don’t share it with DABS or other third parties except service providers that help run the site, or where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the strictly necessary age-check cookies described above. You can clear them in your browser at any time. You’ll just see the age check again.

Children

Utah Remedy is not for anyone under 21, and we don’t knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We’ll post any updates here and change the “last updated” date.
